This is the perfect partner for all. A lot of care and attention has been put into creating this outstanding wine. Aged for an extended period in oak (17 months in American Oak barrels and then a further 12 months in bottle). It is a classic blend using mainly tempranillo but, importantly, also incorporates 4% Mazuelo which highlights the overall freshness.
Dark spiced berries, ripe plum, liquorice, chopped nuts and balsamic on the nose. The wine is silky and balanced with rounded tannins, fresh acidity and perfectly integrated oak. The finish is long and mineral with a hint of sweet toasty notes. Fantastic!
